We all have a hero living inside of us. Why not show off your superpowers and drink some local craft beer? American Muscle Corps & Smug Brewing are teaming up for this special edition Heroes Challenge, beer and donation to Breast Cancer Awareness included in your ticket price! Costumes encouraged.

About the event
Unleash your inner hero, drink beer, and support Breast Cancer Awareness on Sunday, October 16th at 2pm. Your Biceps & Beer: Heroes Challenge ticket includes admission to your choice of a 90-minute group workout or Heroes Challenge, one free beer or beverage of choice at Smug Brewing following class, and a donation to breast cancer research.
Join in on a 90-minute interval training class led by American Muscle Corps owner, Gail Bolden, along with Coach Bobby and Coach Jordan. Or participate in our Heroes Challenge, featuring:
- Thor's Hammer
- Hulk Tire Flip
- Black Widow Battle Ropes
- Captain America Keg Carry
- Iron Man Bench Press
All levels welcome - modifications will be made available! Superhero costumes highly encouraged. Celebrate your strength and victory will a cold, refreshing beer or beverage of choice down the hall at Smug Brewing.
Tickets are $10 for American Muscle Corps members and $12 for non-members. Invite your friends to crush a workout and some beers with us!
